Refund and Cancellation policy
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order.
Cancellation requests may not be accepted if:
The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant.
The shipping process has been initiated.
The product is already out for delivery.
In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
2. Non-Cancellable Items
PsoroCare does not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.
However, refunds or replacements may be issued if the user can establish that the product quality is unsatisfactory.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to our customer service team within 1 day of receipt.
The request will be processed after the seller/merchant verifies the issue.
4. Product Not as Expected
If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, notify our customer service within 1 day of receipt.
Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
5. Warranty-Related Complaints
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.
6. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved by PsoroCare, it will be processed within 3 business days.
