Refund and Cancellation policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if:

    • The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant.

    • The shipping process has been initiated.

    • The product is already out for delivery.

  • In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

  • PsoroCare does not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.

  • However, refunds or replacements may be issued if the user can establish that the product quality is unsatisfactory.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to our customer service team within 1 day of receipt.

  • The request will be processed after the seller/merchant verifies the issue.

4. Product Not as Expected

  • If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, notify our customer service within 1 day of receipt.

  • Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

5. Warranty-Related Complaints

  • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.

6. Refund Timeline

  • If a refund is approved by PsoroCare, it will be processed within 3 business days.
